"Love this place! I recently took my family to Wilderness Edge for a weekend getaway. It is an outdoor enthusiasts dream. We went ice fishing, walked along the river, played in the snow quincy on the retreat center's yard, and enjoyed an outdoor bonfire. The rooms are comfortable and great for families (our suite had a kitchen and two bedrooms), albeit dated (but we enjoyed the kitchyness of it). Looking forward to coming back in summer to enjoy some canoeing and swimming. Would be great to come in a large group as there is ample space!"

"Loved it! The staff were incredibly relaxed and accommodating, it felt like we were staying with family. The raft ride on the river was a ton of fun. Definitely recommend this place."
"Great place with lots of history. Our snowmobile group has been coming here for three years now. Very accommodating. Lots of parking for the trucks and trailers. Centrally located in the heart of Eastern MB trail system. Atmosphere is very relaxed."
"Our accommodations were comfortable, the food was amazing and the service was flexible and accommodating. Very thankful for choosing this place to stay ."
"I was here with a large group of extended family (not in charge of anything) in July and this place is so fun to explore and there aren't restrictions or rules that you have to abide by, it's kinda just like do whatever you want whenever you want and the basement is so creepy at night and it's awesome! You can take canoes out on the lake whenever and the rafting was fun as well. It's disorganized but that's part of the adventure. I was very happy with the lack of over the top safety concerns and the one employee Joey? I think that's his name, a young fun-loving local took us to and into the waterfall at the dam. 5 stars for him, he totally made the adventures exciting! Nothing but happy memories from this place :)"
"We enjoyed our stay in our suite with full kitchen. Unfortunately the weather didn't co-operate, or we could have spent some time sitting among the lovely grounds. We had a little tour around town and visited the heritage sundial and the suspension bridge. The wifi was very good."
"The Wilderness Edge is a great place to stay and work. There are numerous amenities and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I always have a great time, as there are many activities offered, including but not limited to tubing, rafting and canoeing. The meals are delicious, the rooms are nice, and there is plenty to do for both children and adults. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a fun filled, family friendly retreat."
